About David Eiglarsh Team

Licensed in the 70s, Dorothy Eiglarsh had over 40 years of successful residential real estate experience. She began at the Klock company, which then merged with Coldwell Banker. Dorothy soon became one of the company's highest producers, monopolizingseverysawardscategory. Dorothy's son David was licensed in 1986 and joined his mother in the business. In 1999, Dorothy and David joined RE/MAX allowing them greater control of their real estate business. Late in 2008 Dorothy & David formed their own real-estate company, Eiglarsh Realty. In April 2021 David returned to RE/MAX.

David is a national speaker for I-Succeed, Starpower Systems, CRS, Miami Association of Realtors, many national real-estate brands and has been quoted extensively by the Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, NBC 6 and National real estate publications. He currently coaches real estate agents through Bob Corcoran & Associates. The Eiglarsh Team continuously sells over $60 million a year in real estate placing them among the top 1/4 of 1% of real estate teams internationally! The Eiglarsh Team represents most major banks and many smaller ones for their foreclosed (REO) homes. David and members of his staff are distressed property certified (CDPE).
